Why do we need your information?

If you are a Kinda Passport holder and choose not to receive further information about the Kinda loyalty program, you will no longer be a member of this program. Profiling
The Company may process your personal data to assess your economic situation, personal preferences, interests, reliability and behavior, with a view to improving our products and services, in particular if you are a holder of the Kinda Passport. The Company will not take any decision based on the definition of your profile that will produce legal effects. This data processing will only be carried out with your consent, provided at the time of collection of your data. You can object to this data processing at any time. Your data will be kept for this purpose as long as you do not revoke your consent or exercise your right of opposition. Management of complaints and contacts received by the Company You can send us, through the contacts made available, namely on the website, suggestions or complaints regarding the services provided by the Company. Your personal data will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the Company and your consent. The Company collects your data to analyze and resolve the situation underlying your suggestion or complaint. Your data will be kept for this purpose for as long as necessary to resolve your issue, and will be kept thereafter for a maximum period of 3 years.

Recruitment / candidate data
You can send us, through the contacts made available, namely on the website or other existing channels for this purpose, your application for published job opportunities or spontaneous applications. Your personal data will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the Company and your consent. The Company collects your data for the purposes of the recruitment and selection process. Your data will be kept, both for the recruitment process you applied for and for new recruitments, for a maximum period of 6 years.
Will my information be shared with others?
Your personal information may be disclosed:
- Within the scope of associated or related companies, referring to data of candidates for recruitment, and for the purposes of recruitment by these companies.
- Third party service providers / subcontractors of the Company. If the data subject has registered in the personal area of the Kinda website, the deletion of their data will result in the impossibility of accessing this area. If the holder was also the holder of the Kinda Passport, he will also no longer be attached to the loyalty program.
Right to limitation of treatment The data subject has the right to obtain from the COMPANY the limitation of treatment, if one of the following situations applies, namely:
