Why do we need your information?

If you are a Kinda Passport holder and choose not to receive further information about the Kinda loyalty program, you will no longer be a member of this program. Your data will be kept for this purpose as long as you do not revoke your consent or exercise your right of opposition.
The Company may process your personal data to assess your economic situation, personal preferences, interests, reliability and behavior, with a view to improving our products and services, in particular if you are a holder of the Kinda Passport. The Company will not take any decision based on the definition of your profile that will produce legal effects. Management of complaints and contacts received by the Company You can send us, through the contacts made available, namely on the website, suggestions or complaints regarding the services provided by the Company. The Company collects your data to analyze and resolve the situation underlying your suggestion or complaint. Your data will be kept for this purpose for as long as necessary to resolve your issue, and will be kept thereafter for a maximum period of 3 years.
Management of suppliers / subcontractors

The data of the Company's suppliers, in particular of employees, may be communicated to the Company's customers in order to comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Recruitment / candidate data
You can send us, through the contacts made available, namely on the website or other existing channels for this purpose, your application for published job opportunities or spontaneous applications. Your personal data will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the Company and your consent. The Company collects your data for the purposes of the recruitment and selection process. Your data will be kept, both for the recruitment process you applied for and for new recruitments, for a maximum period of 6 years.
Will my information be shared with others?
Your personal information may be disclosed:
- Within the scope of associated or related companies, referring to data of candidates for recruitment, and for the purposes of recruitment by these companies.
- Third party service providers / subcontractors of the Company. If you are our customer or supplier, your personal data may be processed by companies subcontracted by the Company, namely for website hosting, file hosting in cloud space, email, physical mail, distribution and transport services and agencies on a trip. The holder of personal data has the right to obtain confirmation from the Company that the data concerning him or her are being processed and, if applicable, to access their personal data and access the information provided for by law. If you want more than one copy of your personal data being processed, the COMPANY may subject this service to the payment of a fee of €5 (five euros) for administrative costs.

The holder of personal data has the right to obtain from the COMPANY, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him.
Right to erase data (“right to be forgotten”)
The holder of the personal data has the right to obtain from the COMPANY the erasure of his data, without undue delay, and the COMPANY has the obligation to erase the personal data, without undue delay, when one of the following reasons applies, namely:

If the data subject has registered in the personal area of the Kinda website, the deletion of their data will result in the impossibility of accessing this area. If the holder was also the holder of the Kinda Passport, he will also no longer be attached to the loyalty program.
Right to limitation of treatment The data subject has the right to obtain from the COMPANY the limitation of treatment, if one of the following situations applies, namely:
Challenge the accuracy of personal data, for a period that allows the COMPANY to verify its accuracy;
The data processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data and requests, in return, the limitation of its use;
The COMPANY no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but these data are required by the holder for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings;
If you have objected to the treatment, until it is verified that the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.
Right to data portability If the treatment depends on the consent of the data subject and this consent has been provided by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him and which he has provided to the COMPANY in a structured format , in current use and automatic reading.

If the holder opposes the processing of his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, he will no longer receive our newsletter.
If you are a Kinda Passport holder and choose not to receive further information about the Kinda loyalty program, you will no longer be a member of this program.
Can I revoke my consent later?
If consent is legally necessary for the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment carried out based on the previously given consent, nor the subsequent treatment of the same. data, based on another legal basis, such as compliance with the contract or legal obligation to which the COMPANY is subject.
