Items become available for in-store pickup approximately five to ten days after purchase.
You will be informed via SMS as soon as your order is ready for collection, after which you will have to wait for a maximum period of 15 days.
To carry out the withdrawal, the order number or proof of order and proof of identity will suffice.

*This delivery option may not be available if your purchase includes bulky items or items with limited stock.

Items will be shipped by express courier (DPD service) within an average period of 5 to 10 days.
You will be informed by SMS as soon as the order has been shipped, and the day before delivery.
In that same SMS you will have the option to reschedule or change the delivery location if you need to.
This delivery option is not available for oversized items and does not include assembly or waste removal.

Items will be delivered to your home by a specialized team within an average period of 10 working days (except items made to order).
The team will place your articles in the divisions you define, where the furniture pieces will be assembled (except wall fixings) and all waste removed.
Delivery will be scheduled at the time of purchase, if it is made in store.
If you make your purchase online, our team will contact you to schedule delivery.
Note that you will have to ensure that the accesses to your home (elevators, stairs, doors...) allow for the entry of fur.
If delivery involves manual transport (no elevator) above the 5th floor, please notify Customer Service in advance.

Collections
If you need to remove the old piece of furniture that you are going to replace, our Delivery Plus team can do it at the time of delivery. The service costs €15 per item, and must be requested at the time of purchase. For online purchases, please contact our customer service after purchase.
